Anyone 18 or older who genuinely cares about skincare. That includes beauty enthusiasts, skincare obsessives, estheticians, and creators of any audience size, including people with no public following at all.

No, applying to Labs Membership is free. Some prototypes are provided at no cost and others at a reduced testing rate, and that will always be stated clearly before you commit to a testing round.

Labs Members are our larger, open group focused on product testing and feedback. Labs Creators are a smaller group selected from active Members who also make content, and who take on additional opportunities like affiliate commissions and launch campaigns.

No. Labs Membership has no follower requirement. We ask about audience size only for context if you tell us you create content, and it does not gate your acceptance as a Member.

There's no separate application. We invite Creators from within the Member pool based on active participation in testing rounds and, for those who create content, the content itself.

Unreleased prototypes and formulas still in development, each identified by a lab code like LAB 001. We try to match products to your stated skin type and concerns, though matches aren't guaranteed every round.

Most testing windows run two to four weeks, long enough to form a real opinion about texture, absorption, and early results. The exact window will be stated when you're matched to a product.

Tell us. That feedback is the entire point of Labs. If a product causes irritation or discomfort, stop using it and let us know right away so we can follow up properly.

It goes back into product development. Feedback on texture, scent, packaging, and pricing directly informs decisions about the version of the product that eventually launches.

No. Labs Members complete feedback surveys, not social posts. Content is only part of the Labs Creator track, and even then, it's never required to be positive.

Labs Membership itself is not paid. Labs Creators may be offered affiliate commissions or paid campaigns over time, separate from and in addition to the testing and feedback work of Membership.

Yes, always. We never require a positive review or post in exchange for a product, and we never ask Labs Creators to hide negative results from us. Any public content you choose to make will always follow proper sponsorship and gifted-product disclosure rules.

We may reference aggregated, anonymized feedback trends, like the percentage of testers who preferred a certain texture, when we talk about how a launch came together. We won't publish anything tied to your name or identity without asking you first.

It means a specific number of real people used the product during a defined testing window and gave structured feedback. It describes user testing, not a clinical or dermatological study, and we're careful not to imply otherwise.
